• Lead design and support of Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management. • Configure business processes, security roles, notifications. • Manage recruiting workflows and candidate stages. • Enhance onboarding journeys and employee transitions. • Support talent management and reporting initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years Workday configuration experience. • 3+ years supporting Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management. • Expertise in Workday business processes and security. • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
