About the role
The Wells Advisor III mentors drilling and completion engineers on well planning, design, and operational surveillance. They ensure safe and efficient drilling and completion operations while improving team performance and operational efficiencies.
What you’ll do
• Mentor less-experienced drilling and completion engineers. • Oversee drilling programs across multiple rig lines. • Interface with logistics, environmental, regulatory, procurement, and cost teams. • Lead team performance improvement initiatives and engineering studies. • Support construction and commissioning efforts.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. • Experience in construction site management and drilling well site design. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Familiarity with industry codes like API, ASME, ABS, DNV. • Knowledge of Offshore Oil and Gas regulations.
