About the role
The Wellness Coaching Supervisor oversees daily operations, team performance, and patient support while maintaining a limited patient coaching caseload. This role leads Wellness Coaches and contributes to program growth and process improvements.

• Supervise and support Wellness Coaches. • Manage workflows, scheduling, and documentation. • Conduct limited patient coaching sessions. • Monitor KPIs and implement improvements. • Develop SOPs and training materials.
