About the role
Join Cloudbeds as a Website Onboarding Specialist to create professional hospitality websites and manage onboarding projects for customers worldwide. Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality websites efficiently.
What you’ll do
• Create high-quality hospitality websites using in-house builder. • Manage website onboarding projects and timelines. • Communicate with customers via video, email, and calls. • Investigate website errors and suggest improvements. • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and updates.
What you’ll bring
• 1+ years website design and development experience preferred. • Experience with HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, Canva preferred. • Familiarity with CMS like WordPress, Drupal, or Duda preferred. • Background in customer service or onboarding. • Fluency in English and Spanish.
