Weapons Systems Operator

About the role
Contribute military expertise to AI development by evaluating AI-generated military scenarios and providing feedback to improve accuracy and reliability.
What you’ll do
• Evaluate AI scenarios on air defense, missile, naval, or tactical aviation systems. • Assess operational realism and mission procedures. • Review scenarios for accuracy and compliance with ROE and LOAC. • Identify inaccuracies and provide clear written feedback.
What you’ll bring
• Current or former military weapons systems operator. • Experience with Patriot, THAAD, Aegis, NASAMS or similar systems. • Strong understanding of weapons employment and tactical decision-making. • Ability to explain complex military concepts clearly in writing.
