About the role

What you’ll do
• Design and implement gender-inclusive waste-to-value strategies. • Negotiate formal waste supply agreements with processors. • Support inclusive enterprises reducing barriers for women and PWDs. • Secure purchase orders with industrial buyers. • Engage communities and ensure safeguarding measures.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or Master's in related field with relevant experience. • Proven track record in waste management or circular economy. • Experience negotiating commercial agreements. • Commitment to women and PWD economic empowerment. • Fluent English; local languages advantageous.
