About the role
Lead and develop strategies to drive retention and expansion for SheerID customers. Manage a global customer success team focused on enterprise and mid-market accounts.
What you’ll do
• Hold commercial ownership of GRR and NRR targets. • Champion AI-driven tools adoption for customer success. • Hire, coach, and manage customer success team. • Partner with Sales for revenue growth and retention. • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years enterprise B2B SaaS customer success leadership. • Experience managing global US and EMEA teams. • Proven track record with >90% GRR and 115% NRR. • Expertise in AI-enabled customer success leadership. • Strong operational discipline with CRM and analytics tools.
