About the role
Support the Joint Fire Science Program Governing Board meetings by managing virtual platforms and documenting discussions. Ensure accurate notes and maintain records of decisions and action items.
What you’ll do
• Host and manage Microsoft Teams and Zoom sessions. • Set up and run Mural or similar tools for participant input. • Take comprehensive notes during meetings and calls. • Deliver draft notes within 3 business days. • Maintain long-term tracking of topics and agenda items.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years note-taking and editing experience. • Understanding of wildland fire or science background. • Experience hosting interactive virtual meetings. • Excellent writing and organizational skills. • Ability to travel 2–3 times per year.
