About the role
The Virtual Diagnostic Specialist educates healthcare providers on genetic testing initiatives remotely. This role supports diagnostic strategy and raises awareness of sponsored testing programs.
What you’ll do
• Educate on genetic testing and sponsored testing programs. • Identify educational needs among healthcare providers. • Partner with cross-functional teams compliantly. • Identify and educate Genetic Testing Key Opinion Leaders. • Attend conferences and participate in advocacy and outreach.
What you’ll bring
• BA/BS required; healthcare degree preferred. • 3-4 years pharma/biotech commercial or diagnostics experience. • Excellent virtual presentation and communication skills. • Proficiency with CRM and virtual meeting technologies. • Knowledge of ophthalmology and rare diseases preferred.
