About the role
Conduct video visits with health plan members to review medication and medical history. Help close gaps in care and educate members about their health.
What you’ll do
• Conduct online video visits with health plan members. • Provide 40 hours of availability weekly. • Complete 220+ visits per month. • Maintain training and compliance with visit requirements. • Engage in regular manager and clinical meetings.
What you’ll bring
• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s). • Board certification required. • Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses. • Experience with telehealth or similar visit delivery preferred. • Must have broadband connectivity and quiet setting for visits.
