About the role
Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations for efficient, cost-effective flow of materials and products. Oversee planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and distribution functions.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and SOPs. • Build and mentor supply chain teams. • Optimize inventory, logistics costs, and supplier performance. • Lead supplier sourcing and contract negotiations. • Coordinate with production, farm, hatchery, and commercial teams.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. • MBA or PGDM in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred. • 10-12 years in supply chain management. • 5-7 years in senior leadership roles. • Experience in agri business or FMCG supply chains preferred.
