About the role
Provide support to Cellular Sales customers by answering calls, resolving issues, and assisting retail sales representatives. Manage customer concerns and follow up efficiently using internal systems.
What you’ll do
• Accept and resolve customer concerns. • Document interactions per department standards. • Manage follow-up contacts to resolve issues. • Use internal systems to research accounts. • Refer unresolved grievances to Verizon Wireless.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong computer application proficiency. • Preferred customer service experience. • Familiarity with Salesforce, RingCentral, Microsoft Office. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
