About the role
Serve as first contact for users needing help with account access, platform navigation, and course enquiries. Own the enquiry-to-resolution process confidently.
What you’ll do
• Handle enquiries through assigned support channels. • Guide users through onboarding and LMS familiarization. • Explain course requirements and certificate eligibility. • Escalate platform faults and critical issues. • Follow up on unresolved cases with updates.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with LMS and ticketing software advantageous. • Strong communication skills. • Excellent English language command. • Prior customer service or relationship management experience. • Degree or Diploma required.
