About the role
Manage a sales unit for health insurance products, leading a team and building client relationships.
What you’ll do
• Provide market feedback on competitor activity and customer needs. • Hold team meetings and product knowledge sessions. • Recruit, onboard and train sales agents. • Set weekly and monthly sales targets. • Build relationships with SMEs, schools, markets, churches, associations and corporates.
What you’ll bring
• Willingness to do extensive field work. • Reside in or near Yaba or Ebute Metta. • B.Sc./HND in related field. • 3–5 years sales experience, 2 years in team leadership. • Existing network in HMO or insurance space.
