About the role
Provide legal strategy and support for Market Access related to government price reporting obligations. Counsel on federal price reporting, Anti-Kickback Statute, and False Claims Act matters.
What you’ll do
• Advise on government price reporting and compliance issues. • Counsel U.S. Market Access and Pricing functions. • Provide strategic legal counsel on pricing and access. • Advise on Medicaid programs and conduct training. • Manage outside counsel and legal projects.
What you’ll bring
• Law degree from ABA accredited school. • 7+ years pharmaceutical legal experience. • Proficient in government price reporting requirements. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently in complex environments.
