About the role
Lead the function protecting patient experience and Solace platform integrity. Manage investigations and risk related to patient safety and advocate accountability.
What you’ll do
• Coach and manage Trust & Integrity Specialists team. • Establish workflows and quality standards for complaint handling. • Own escalation paths for high-severity patient safety concerns. • Uphold advocate behavior review and SOP compliance. • Build risk monitoring and lead root-cause analysis.
What you’ll bring
• Experience leading teams in trust and safety or healthcare operations. • Track record building SOPs or playbooks in high-stakes environments. • Strong judgment and investigative instincts. • Exceptional communication and leadership presentation skills. • Based in the United States.
