About the role
Educate and support staff on commercial trucking insurance underwriting, sales, claims, and compliance. Develop and deliver training programs and materials for agents.
What you’ll do
• Develop and deliver trucking insurance training programs. • Coach new trucking sales agents on sales techniques. • Maintain training manuals, SOPs, and video tutorials. • Collaborate with management to improve workflows. • Conduct assessments to evaluate training effectiveness.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years as a trucking insurance agent. • Experience in training or instructional design preferred. • Strong FMCSA and DOT compliance knowledge. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and LMS.
