Treatment Plant Estimator II

About the role
The Estimator II performs detailed material quantity takeoffs and supports bid efforts for infrastructure projects with moderate complexity. This role collaborates with sales, Pre-Bid, and engineering teams to ensure accurate scope development and competitive bids.
What you’ll do
• Perform material quantity takeoffs for standard and moderately complex projects. • Interpret construction drawings and specifications. • Prepare scopes and material lists for sales and customers. • Communicate with vendors for product information and lead times. • Mentor Estimator I personnel and review takeoffs.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years estimation experience in water/wastewater treatment or critical infrastructure. • Proven ability to perform detailed material quantity takeoffs. • Strong understanding of civil and mechanical infrastructure systems. • 2–4 years estimation or related industry experience. • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management or Engineering.
