About the role
Manage travel bookings, visa applications, and trip planning for clients. Provide accurate travel and visa information and support.
What you’ll do
• Provide visa, travel insurance, and currency exchange info. • Maintain accurate client records. • Upsell travel insurance and airport pickup. • Process visa applications and guide clients. • Handle flight bookings using Galileo and Amadeus GDS.
What you’ll bring
• 1-3 years travel or visa processing experience. • HND/B.Sc. in any discipline. • Knowledge of visa procedures for major countries. • Proficient in Galileo and Amadeus GDS. • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
