What you’ll do
• Conduct new hire and refresher training sessions. • Deliver instructor-led training virtually and in classrooms. • Facilitate discussions, role plays, and practical exercises. • Provide coaching and constructive feedback to trainees. • Partner with teams to identify training needs and gaps.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree graduate. • 2–4 years in US/UK banking operations training. • Basic knowledge of virtual and face-to-face training methods. • Excellent communication and coaching skills. • Experience in call center or shared services environment.
