About the role
Work on engineering behind a live exchange focusing on speed, reliability, and accuracy. Own and improve systems for order processing, trade matching, and exchange operations.
What you’ll do
• Take ownership of Busha Pro exchange and operate it in production. • Design and optimize backend systems for trading capabilities. • Develop matching engine components and trade execution workflows. • Build reliable systems handling high transaction volumes. • Improve system performance and reduce latency.
What you’ll bring
• 5–7+ years software engineering experience. • Strong in Go or similar languages. • Experience with trading systems or real-time transaction platforms. • Understanding of order books and trade execution. • Experience with low latency, high availability systems.
