About the role
Develop and maintain high-performance software for centralised trading data curation and research tooling. Enable researchers to access and onboard new data sets for advanced trading strategies.
What you’ll do
• Develop, test, deploy and maintain applications for data curators and researchers. • Design architecture for a young centralised data system. • Build a highly-performant system serving petabytes of data globally. • Collaborate with traders and researchers to understand data needs. • Balance latency, throughput, scalability and maintainability in solutions.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years experience as a Software Engineer. • Strong Java (11+) programming skills. • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and Linux. • Python skills around data highly preferred. • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
