About the role
Manage passenger bookings, ticket sales, travel schedules and ticketing records to ensure smooth passenger experience.
What you’ll do
• Respond to passenger enquiries and complaints professionally. • Prepare daily ticket sales and revenue reports. • Prevent ticketing errors and revenue leakages. • Maintain accurate passenger records and comply with procedures. • Coordinate with terminal and operations teams for timely departures.
What you’ll bring
• OND, HND or Bachelor's in related field. • 1-3 years experience in ticketing or customer service. • Ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ticketing software. • Good numerical, communication and customer service skills.
