About the role
Manage daily and weekly ticket sales reporting for VIP and travel packages across multiple tours. Ensure accuracy and timely communication with partners and internal teams.
What you’ll do
• Pull weekly VIP and travel package sales from ticketing platforms. • Send weekly sales updates to artist managers and promoters. • Send daily sales counts email by 12 PM ET. • Confirm VIP sales close on time for each show. • Complete post-show ticketing settlements and reconciliations.
What you’ll bring
• Strong spreadsheet skills with lookups and pivots. • Excellent written English for partner communications. • Detail-oriented and reliable with deadlines. • Comfortable managing recurring tasks in Asana. • Preferred experience with Ticketmaster, AXS, or Tixr.
