About the role
The Thrift Officer is responsible for mobilising daily savings and deposits, acquiring new customers, and maintaining relationships within an assigned market route.
What you’ll do
• Visit and collect daily savings from registered customers. • Record customer contributions accurately in their presence. • Build and maintain positive customer relationships. • Identify and onboard new customers with KYC procedures. • Remit 100% of collections to the bank on time.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum SSCE/WAEC; OND/HND is an advantage. • 0-2 years experience in deposit mobilisation or market trading. • Numerate and able to keep accurate records. • Knowledge of Onitsha market environment. • Provide credible guarantors.
