About the role
Prepare, compile, and submit professional bids and documentation for Australian IT and Government tenders. Manage end-to-end tender submission processes ensuring compliance and quality.
What you’ll do
• Identify relevant IT and Government tender opportunities. • Prepare, write, and edit high-quality proposals and bid documents. • Manage tender submission processes per guidelines. • Liaise with stakeholders for technical and commercial inputs. • Submit proposals on relevant platforms and track outcomes.
What you’ll bring
• Experience preparing proposals for Australian Government or IT tenders. • Strong understanding of AusTender and state/territory platforms. • Exceptional written communication and documentation skills. • Ability to interpret complex RFTs, RFQs, and tender specifications. • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
