About the role
Provide evidence-based virtual care as a Registered Nurse for fertility, menopause, and metabolic health. Triage, educate, coordinate care, and document within RN scope of practice.
What you’ll do
• Serve as first clinical reviewer of member messages. • Deliver education on menopause and hormone therapy. • Review lab results and escalate critical findings. • Manage pharmacy callbacks and prior authorizations. • Document interactions and follow escalation pathways.
What you’ll bring
• Active RN license with NLC multi-state privileges. • Minimum 3 years RN clinical experience in women's health. • Experience in nurse triage and protocol escalation. • Strong written and phone communication skills. • Proficiency with EHR and telehealth systems.
