About the role
The Telemarketer will contact prospective and existing customers by phone to promote products, generate leads, and support sales conversion.
What you’ll do
• Make outbound calls to customers. • Generate qualified leads for sales team. • Schedule appointments and sales meetings. • Maintain accurate call and customer records. • Meet daily and monthly call and lead targets.
What you’ll bring
• SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree. • Experience in telemarketing or customer service preferred. • Excellent telephone communication skills. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Basic computer skills.
