About the role
Design and deploy next-generation voice technologies ensuring reliable service delivery. Enhance telecom infrastructure and support ongoing operations.
What you’ll do
• Design scalable, redundant telecom solutions. • Ensure voice platform reliability and performance. • Collaborate with Cloud Operations and Engineering teams. • Drive platform improvements and automation. • Analyze incidents and implement corrective actions.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred. • 3+ years in service provider or enterprise voice network. • Strong understanding of SIP protocols. • Experience with Ribbon SBCs and PSXs preferred. • Proficiency in documenting technical solutions.
