About the role
Provide first and second level IT support including software, hardware, and network troubleshooting. Manage and update support tickets and knowledge base.
What you’ll do
• Register and manage support tickets. • Support OS, software, networks, printers, and peripherals. • Perform hardware maintenance on desktops and notebooks. • Configure email, VPN, IP settings. • Update knowledge base and support scripts.
What you’ll bring
• Complete high school education. • Knowledge of network troubleshooting. • Experience with hardware and software support. • Familiarity with Service Desk tools. • Basic understanding of operating systems and Office suite.
