About the role
Support customers and internal teams by responding to alerts, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resolutions. Serve as first responder to platform alerts and escalate complex problems as needed.
What you’ll do
• Respond to customer inquiries via ticketing systems. • Act as first responder to platform alerts and issues. • Troubleshoot technical issues using system data and logs. • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution. • Maintain documentation and communicate status updates.
What you’ll bring
• Understanding of servers and infrastructure-as-a-service. • Experience with Linux Command Line. • Basic knowledge of enterprise networking concepts. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tickets and adapt priorities.
