About the role
Support and troubleshoot PerfectServe's clinical communication solutions for end users. Manage user accounts, provide education, and resolve technical issues.
What you’ll do
• Field client communications via phone, chat, and portal. • Administer and train users on PerfectServe applications. • Troubleshoot message delivery and content issues. • Build and revise user accounts per standards. • Collaborate with hospital IT and internal teams on escalations.
