Technical Support Engineer

About the role
Provide advanced technical support for Vultr’s products and infrastructure. Serve as escalation point for complex issues and support customers and internal teams.
What you’ll do
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical guidance. • Act as first responder to platform alerts and incidents. • Lead incident analysis and root cause investigations. • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve platform problems. • Create and maintain support documentation and procedures.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years enterprise technical support experience. • Strong Linux systems and command-line troubleshooting skills. • Understanding of enterprise networking concepts. • Experience supporting cloud-based enterprise environments. • Strong communication and customer service skills.
