About the role
Provide technical support and custom development for higher-education clients using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
What you’ll do
• Diagnose and fix technical issues for higher-education clients. • Write and modify Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code. • Deliver custom development as needed. • Communicate technical problems and solutions clearly. • Learn and use wider tech stack including ASP.NET and JavaScript.
What you’ll bring
• 3–5 years Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development experience. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. • Experience with Ellucian Banner preferred. • Exposure to ASP.NET, Visual Studio or JavaScript is a plus.
