About the role
Manage enterprise customers to maximize value from Cloudinary's Image, Video and DAM platform. Build trusted relationships and drive product adoption, renewals, and expansion.
What you’ll do
• Manage portfolio of enterprise customers post-sales. • Serve as primary technical contact for customers. • Guide customers on best practices for Cloudinary solutions. • Deliver business reviews and adoption planning. • Monitor customer health and identify growth opportunities.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in Customer Success or Technical Customer Success. • Experience managing enterprise customer relationships. • Technical aptitude with SaaS platforms and APIs. • Strong communication and relationship management skills. • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
