About the role
Provide high-level technical, operational, and analytical support to the COO for cement manufacturing operations across Pan-African businesses. Monitor plant performance, support strategic initiatives, and ensure operational improvements.
What you’ll do
• Support COO in evaluating technical proposals and operational challenges. • Analyse plant data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities. • Consolidate plant performance reports and monitor KPIs. • Coordinate cross-country operational priorities and follow up on actions. • Support projects, CAPEX monitoring, and technical evaluations.
What you’ll bring
• Experience analysing plant KPIs and technical data. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline. • 10–15 years in cement manufacturing or heavy industry. • Experience in multi-plant or multi-country operations. • Postgraduate degree or professional certification advantageous.
