About the role
Lead Yuno's technical customer relationships across Latin America. Manage a team and handle complex integration challenges for strategic accounts.
What you’ll do
• Serve as senior technical contact for strategic accounts. • Lead discussions on technical strategy and risk mitigation. • Define best practices for onboarding and integration. • Build deep knowledge of customer business and tech stack. • Collaborate cross-functionally to support growth and retention.
What you’ll bring
• Fluency in English; Portuguese and Spanish a plus. • 5+ years in technical account management or integration engineering. • Proven leadership or mentoring experience. • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and API tools. • Hands-on experience with server-side languages and databases.
