About the role
Own customer success post-sale for European customers, ensuring they achieve their goals with Socket. Provide technical support and translate product capabilities into solutions.
What you’ll do
• Own post sales relationship as main contact and technical advisor. • Lead technical onboarding for new enterprise customers. • Investigate and resolve integration and configuration issues. • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic customers. • Bring technical feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years in technical customer-facing roles. • 2+ years as dedicated customer contact with quarterly health checks. • Background in application security or DevSecOps. • Experience with developer tooling and CI/CD platforms. • Ability to read and reason about code (JavaScript, Python, TypeScript).
