About the role
Serve as a dedicated technical advisor for enterprise security programs. Drive platform adoption and ensure customers get full value from Expel's managed detection and response service.
What you’ll do
• Drive platform adoption and technical health metrics. • Build deep technical relationships with security teams. • Advise on security program improvements and detection strategies. • Handle troubleshooting and integration challenges. • Own technical incident response coordination.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years security industry experience. • Expertise in two or more security product spaces. • Experience in customer-facing technical roles. • Strong consultative and communication skills. • Understanding of enterprise security operations.
