About the role
Lead tech strategy and innovation by designing and owning internal products and services for volunteers. Support global tech initiatives and partnerships to advance social enterprise impact.
What you’ll do
• Serve as touchpoint between stakeholders for progress and improvements. • Lead data analysis projects and advise stakeholders. • Set and update technology roadmaps for divisional goals. • Initiate briefs and design documents with SD Manager. • Oversee technology project management and documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Commitment to BfE’s cause. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Experience in product management and delivery lifecycle. • Skill in product metrics analysis and user research. • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
