About the role
Drive delivery and growth in technology staffing through high-volume sourcing and full-cycle recruiting. Focus on building pipelines and leveraging AI-powered recruiting tools in a KPI-driven environment.
What you’ll do
• Source technology candidates using job boards and AI tools. • Build and maintain pipeline of skilled technology professionals. • Conduct high-volume phone and video interviews. • Manage candidates through interview and placement process. • Partner with sales and client services for candidate delivery.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years recruiting in staffing agency environment. • Experience recruiting technology professionals. • Proven success in KPI-driven recruiting. • Strong comfort with ATS, CRM, and AI recruiting tools. • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
