About the role
Support implementation and strengthening of operational risk and internal control policies. Ensure consistent framework to identify, measure, mitigate, report, monitor and manage risks.
What you’ll do
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement risk management framework. • Develop and report on risk appetite statements and limits. • Facilitate implementation of internal control framework. • Maintain oversight of internal control projects. • Report on internal control framework and deficiencies.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in operational risk and internal control. • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. • Knowledge of AXA Group frameworks. • Strong reporting and communication skills. • Ability to conduct training and increase risk awareness.
