About the role
Lead advisory and investment banking mandates including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory. Support institutional clients with financial analysis and transaction execution.
What you’ll do
• Identify and pitch new business opportunities in ECM and DCM. • Lead investigations into financial, legal, and operational standing of targets. • Advise clients on corporate restructuring and financial planning. • Prepare marketing materials to secure mandates and attract investors. • Coordinate end-to-end transaction execution activities.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics or related. • Master’s degree is an advantage. • Professional Certifications like CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIS. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Experience in financial modelling and transaction structuring.
