About the role
Lead the financial reporting team to ensure timely, accurate financial reports and compliance with IFRS. Coordinate audits, improve reporting processes, and support management decision-making.
What you’ll do
• Implement controls for financial report preparation and review. • Plan and monitor team work, providing coaching and feedback. • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Respond to audit requests and track action points. • Support system changes affecting financial reporting.
What you’ll bring
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent). • First Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field. • Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in financial reporting. • Experience with IFRS-compliant financial statements and audits. • Experience coordinating reporting activities and managing teams.
