About the role
Partner with recruiters to build talent pipelines for technology roles including software engineering and AI. This is a high-impact contract role focused on sourcing and engaging candidates remotely.
What you’ll do
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements. • Build sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search. • Identify and engage passive candidates for various technology roles. • Run outreach and screening conversations assessing fit and motivation. • Maintain pipeline data in ATS and contribute to diversity sourcing efforts.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years sourcing or recruiting experience in technology roles. • Strong Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter skills. • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments preferred. • Excellent written outreach skills with high response rates. • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
