About the role
Support hiring across multiple functions and regions as BJAK scales globally. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and partner with stakeholders to deliver hiring outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Manage recruitment for multiple functions and locations. • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs. • Source, screen, and engage candidates. • Build and maintain talent pipelines. • Coordinate interview processes and candidate experience.
What you’ll bring
• 2–5 years experience in Talent Acquisition or related field. • Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels. • Experience recruiting across various corporate functions. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
