About the role

What you’ll do
• Design and develop training programs for property management systems. • Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions. • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements. • Collaborate with department leaders to align training with business objectives. • Support system rollouts with coaching and resources.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 2-5 years in systems training or property management operations. • Proficiency with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, and LMS. • Strong facilitation and communication skills. • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
