About the role
Manage and support Finance systems and applications critical to business processes. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
What you’ll do
• Own production support and escalation for Zuora Revenue. • Troubleshoot quote/order-to-revenue flow and related systems. • Support daily RMS operations and month/quarter close activities. • Lead patch validation, environment refreshes, UAT and regression testing. • Collaborate with business users on enhancements and application releases.
What you’ll bring
• Experience supporting Zuora Revenue/RevPro in production. • Understanding of revenue processes and related accounting standards. • Ability to trace failures across order, billing, and ERP systems. • Experience troubleshooting SQL, interfaces, batch processing, reconciliation. • Knowledge of ASC 606/IFRS 15 and SOX-controlled processes.
