About the role
Provide night shift technical support for InteleShare customers, ensuring software operates effectively and issues are resolved promptly.
What you’ll do
• Provide technical support via phone and portal. • Diagnose and resolve complex software and system issues. • Maintain documentation in ServiceNow ticketing system. • Configure and deploy InteleShare software. • Ensure compliance with service level agreements.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years Windows administration and support experience. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Ability to work remotely with secure tools. • Experience with SQL databases preferred.
