About the role
The role involves owning complex incidents from escalation to resolution, combining troubleshooting and customer support with reliability engineering. It ensures services meet SLAs and builds tools and knowledge for effective support.
What you’ll do
• Take escalations from L1 and troubleshoot across systems. • Lead response to P1/P2 incidents and validate restoration. • Prepare RCAs and log corrective actions. • Assess risks and execute changes with validation. • Lead delivery for customer projects end-to-end.
What you’ll bring
• First Degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering. • Experience in technical support, SRE, DevOps or system administration. • Deep troubleshooting and network knowledge. • Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud infrastructure. • Skills in scripting, monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines.
